Preparation
Before we begin, we should clarify certain aspects of vital importance. The first thing we have to do for the dish to come out embroidered is to choose the best ingredients for its preparation. So choose quality chorizos, preferably tender so that they come out more juicy.
If the chorizo is cheap, the flavor will be the same as always, but it will not be the same as if we opted for a better quality chorizo. The same goes for cider.
