Ingredients

  • pan for torrijas
  • milk
  • Baileys
  • eggs
  • frying oil
  • sugar
  • cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Mix half the milk with half the baileys.

  2. Soak the slices of bread in this preparation and let them absorb it well.

  3. Coat the bread with beaten egg and fry the French toast in hot oil on both sides until golden.

  4. Let them rest on absorbent paper to subtract excess oil and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.
