If it's fresh, we can start with the recipe.
The first thing we have to do is cook the ham in a large pot filled with salted water for a couple of hours, approximately, taking into account the weight of the meat.
If we see it tender, we remove it and add the chorizos and the peeled and whole potatoes to the pot
After 20 minutes, add the cleaned turnip tops (hard and thick stems, yellowish leaves) and the pork shoulder to the saucepan, and cook for another 10 minutes.
