We have prepared a pasta salad delicious with ingredients that we usually have at home.
You are going to love the combination of tomato, basil, tuna, mozzarella and orange. is the orange the one that brings a special touch so don't be afraid to use it in your savory dishes.
To make it more beautiful when taking it to the table we have put boiled and grated egg yolk. It is grated as if it were cheese, with any grater and directly on the plate.

Ingredients
- 320 g of short pasta
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 can of canned tuna
- 1 Tomate
- Some basil leaves
- 1 orange
- Pepper
- Sal Island
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation
We put plenty of water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, we cook the pasta taking into account the time indicated on the package.
We take advantage of this time to chop the mozzarella and put it in a strainer so that, when we put it later in the salad, it doesn't have too much liquid.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it under cold running water. Pour it into a large bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil.
We mix.
Peel and chop the tomato. We incorporate it into the bowl. Drain the canned tuna and add it too. Peel and chop the orange to add them. Wash and dry the basil and also add it to the bowl.
Now add the drained mozzarella.
We mix. Add salt and pepper and mix again.
We serve and, on each plate, we grate a little bit of boiled egg yolk.
