Ingredients
- Half a medium red or purple onion
- A small tomato or half a large tomato
- A sprigs of parsley

- 8 wheat pancakes
- 16 slices of cheese to melt
- 8 slices of ham
- A can of mushrooms
- Yogurt sauce
- Olive oil

Preparation
- The steps explained are to prepare one of the pancakes, since in total there will be 4. We first prepare our garnish: finely chop the onion and tomato, in small squares.
- We pour it into a source and add a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon. We set aside.
- In a frying pan we add the olive oil and put sauté the mushrooms until they turn golden. We set aside.
- We place one of the pancakes and we add two tablespoons of yogurt sauce and we extend. On top we will place two slices of cheese.
- We throw over a quarter of the mushrooms and cover with the two slices of York ham.
- We cover again with the sliced cheese and cover with another pancake.
- We prepare the pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and place one of the pancakes that we have prepared. We have to let it brown over low heat and we will turn it over to brown again on the other side.
- We take out the pancake and we divide it into four parts. We serve them hot and with the garnish that we have prepared on top.
