These cheese pancakes are very practical to serve as an appetizer. We can leave the dough prepared in advance, in fact, it should be done because it needs refrigeration. They are also baked but it is good cold. The personal touch will be given if we serve with various sauces or dips to dip or spread.

For a quick appetizer to make but very tasty, these Baked Cheese Bites are perfect

Ingredients

  • 175 gr. grated cheese (Grana Padano
  • Parmesan…)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 100 gr. Of flour
  • some hot paprika
  • a splash of milk cream or milk
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. To make the dough for the snacks, mix the cheese, butter, flour, salt and paprika until it forms a cream.

  2. If it were too sandy, add a little milk or cream.

  3. Shape the dough into a cylinder and cover it with plastic wrap

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour or freeze for 20-30 minutes until the pasta is firm enough to cut into thin slices.

  5. On a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper, place the slices of dough separated from each other and in a single layer, sprinkle them with salt and paprika and bake them at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes to leave them golden and crispy.

  6. We can serve them cold or hot.
