Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 butter g
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
Preparation
We peel the bananas and put them in a bowl or container.
With a fork, we crush them.
We add the sugar and mix again.
We do the same with butter.
Add the flour and yeast and mix well.
With your hands soaked in water, we are forming balls the size of a walnut and placing them on a baking tray covered with baking paper or with a silicone mat.
Bake at 180º for approximately 12 minutes (until golden brown).
Once out of the oven we let them cool before removing them from the tray.
