Breaded hake in piquillo pepper sauce

Preparation

1. In a frying pan, put the 40 g of olive oil. We put it to heat up. We peel and clean the onion and chop it. We put it in the pan and let it sauté.

2. We add the piquillo peppers lightly chopped and let it fry for a couple of minutes.

3. We add the 750 ml of cream to cook and add salt. We let it cook for a few minutes and stir from time to time. When we have it cooked, we put it in a large glass and mash with a hand blender. You have to leave a smooth and creamy cream.

4. We prepare the hake and we cut into small pieces. We add salt to both sides of the fish. We prepare a dish with two beaten eggs and another plate with wheat flour.

5. We prepare a frying pan with olive oil and we heat it up. We coat the fish, first we coat it in flour and then in beaten egg. We add it to the oil in the frying pan so that it cooks. We let brown on both sides and we reserve.

6. Once the fish and cream are finished, we will plate it. We add a cream base and the battered fish on top. We can decorate it with some fresh parsley leaves.
