Ingredients

• 24 large prawns
• 6 tablespoons of flour
• 100 ml. of beer
• 1 teaspoon yeast
• 1 egg
• shawl
• oil

Preparation

1. Peel the prawns except for the tail part

2. Beat the egg, mix well with the sifted flour and yeast

3. Add the beer little by little until you get a thick paste and add a little salt

4. Let rest for half an hour

5. Pass the prawns through the pasta and fry them in hot oil

6. Drain them and serve them with salad and some sauce.
