Ingredients

- 150 g of sugar
- The grated skin of 2 oranges or 3 tangerines
- The grated skin of 1 lemon
- 250 g of orange or tangerine juice
- 75 g of sunflower oil
- 80 g of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 250 g of wheat flour
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
We put the eggs, the sugar and the grated citrus peels in the mixer bowl or in a large bowl. We assemble everything with the rods for approximately 5 minutes. If we use the kitchen robot we can put it on speed 6.
We take advantage of this time to put the flour, starch, yeast and salt in a container. We mix and reserve.

Mix everything for a few seconds, until it is well integrated.
We put the mixture in a mold of approximately 22 centimeters in diameter.
