Ingredients

1 egg
45 gr. Of flour
90 ml. milk
25 gr. of butter
half a tablespoon squid ink
shawl
12 mushrooms
18 prawns
500 ml. of bechamel
grated cheese
pepper
oil

Preparation

Sauté the crushed garlic for several seconds in a pan with oil. Then, we pour the chopped mushrooms with a little salt and pepper. We let them get tender and lose all their juice. We withdraw.
Brown the prawns in the same pan.
To make the crepes, we beat the egg with the flour, milk and a pinch of salt. We put almost all the butter and continue beating. Pour the squid ink into the dough and finish mixing.
Cook the crepes well spread on both sides by pouring one or two tablespoons of batter into a hot pan with a little butter.
Fill the crepes with the prawns, mushrooms and a little bechamel.
We close and gratin a little with béchamel and grated cheese.
