We propose you a simple and delicious aperitif: brussels sprouts with bacon or bacon.
Keep it in mind for your meetings with friends. The secret is to use very thin slices so that they remain crispy once baked.
To serve, we have brushed the plate with a sauce of Greek yogurt and mustard but you can also present this duck with a simple camembert sauce.
Brussels sprouts with bacon

Ingredients
- 20 brussels sprouts
- 20 very thin slices of bacon or bacon
For la salsa:
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard (sauce)
Plus:
- Kitchen twine or chopsticks
Preparation
We wash the brussels sprouts. We make a cross at the base and put them to cook in a saucepan with boiling water and a little salt.
When they are cooked, drain them and let them cool.
We roll a slice of bacon in each cabbage, using a piece of kitchen string or a toothpick.
We put the cabbages in a source, which we will have smeared with oil. We also put a bay leaf in the source.
Bake at 180º for approximately 15 minutes.
Once made, we prepare the sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt with the mustard.
We plate and… to the table!
