To prepare the meat

700 gr of minced meat mixed beef and pork
100 gr of onion
1 garlic clove
4 tablespoons olive oil
70 gr breadcrumbs
25 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
100 gr of grated mozzzarella cheese
Chopped parsley
Sal Island
Ground black pepper
1 XL egg
A splash of white wine

To prepare it in the oven

200 gr of sliced bacon
Toothpicks to hold

Preparation

Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees. Once you have it, we are going to start preparing the minced meat so that it is as juicy as possible.
In a frying pan, put the garlic and the very finely chopped onion, with two tablespoons of oil and fry everything so that it is poached. When it's ready, let it rest.
In a bowl, prepare the minced meat with the salt, pepper, add the onion, garlic, parsley, cheese, egg, wine and breadcrumbs. Mix everything with the help of your hands or a spoon.
Prepare an oven rack and place specific paper for the oven on it. Go putting in it, 2 slices of bacon in the shape of a cross for each hamburger you prepare. Once you have the crosses on, form patties with the meat and place each patty on top of the bacon cross.
Fold the cross and fix with a toothpick so that the meat does not escape. (As a recommendation, it is better that you make the hamburgers smaller so that no meat comes out around them).
Bake the burgers for about 25 minutes so they are done. You will see that when you cut the burger it will be very juicy thanks to the special touch of the two cheeses.
Accompany your burgers with mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes or with a rich salad.
