These tuna and crab fajitas are really good and are the perfect summer night dinner

6 drained cans of tuna (approx. 400 gr.)
250 grams of crab sticks
1 can of pitted black olives
1 chive
a few lettuce or endive leaves
1 green tomato, 1 green or red pepper

Preparation

First of all, finely chop the natural crab sticks and mix them with the drained tuna.
Separately, we finely cut the olives into slices, finely chop the onion and mix both ingredients with the grated cheddar cheese, oregano and ketchup.
We combine all these ingredients.
We also prepare a fine mincemeat of pepper, tomato and lettuce
Season with a little oil and salt.
We put the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds on medium-low power to soften them.
In each tortilla, we place a good amount of tuna and crab filling and sprinkle with the chopped lettuce, tomato and pepper
We close the burritos by rolling them up and if we wish we give them a blow of iron before serving.
