2 large white onions
sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
a splash of olive oil
75 gr. spreadable cream cheese
1 Greek yogurt
100 gr. mayonnaise
1 splash of liquid cream
pepper
shawl

Preparation

We start by cutting the onions into thin julienne strips and sauté them in a pan over low heat with the oil, butter and a little salt and pepper until golden and tender.
We take a little of the onion and caramelize it with a little sugar, it will help us to decorate the sauce.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise and cream, sauté half of the onion and pass through the blender until it is a smooth cream.
Chop the rest of the sautéed onion very well and mix it with the sauce.
We put it in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating it.
