These little bites are quite a delight. They are created with ground carrot and almond, which together form a small dessert that will amaze you. We have already created balls of carrot with coconut, but this new sweetened and smooth composition will create another type of snack for your table. It is very easy to make, you just have to cook the vegetables and mix with the following ingredients.

Ingredients
- 400 g carrot
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g ground almonds or something else until thick
- Some more sugar for coating
Preparation
We clean the carrots and cut them into slices. We put them in a pot covered with water and put it to cook until they soften.
When they are ready, place them on a platter and we will shred with a forkr.
We add the 250 g of sugar and 250 g of almonds powdered.
Stir the whole mixture well and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
We begin to form balls with hands. So that it does not stick to the hands, we can coat them with sugar. Store them in the refrigerator until serving time.
