Cheese sauce, the one with the nachos

Ingredients

• 100 ml. milk
• 300 gr. cheddar cheese
• 3 cheeses in portions
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
• some sweet paprika
• a pinch of hot paprika

Preparation

1. First, melt the butter in a pan over low heat.

2. Little by little we add the milk with the dissolved cornmeal and the cheeses

3. When this mixture is melted, add the chopped cheddar and stir until melted

4. Add the spices and stir, mixing until a homogeneous cream is formed.
