To celebrate that the Spanish team, now The Red, has reached the semifinals in the World Cup, what better than to toast with a refreshing and non-alcoholic red cocktail, like that of the national team and like that of the exquisite cherries of Jerte.

This Cherry Cocktail is a way to cool off on hot days. It is very good and it cannot be richer

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of cherries
  • 750 ml. by Seven Up or Sprite
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • sugar
  • mineral water

Preparation

  1. We put the cherries in the blender or in the Chinese and drain their strained juice well.

  2. We mix it with the Seven Up or the Sprite.

  3. We put in the fridge.

  4. While we extract the lemon juice and strain it well, we mix it with the sugar and a little cold water.

  5. With a rod blender we aerate it well to turn it into a foam.

  6. Once the cherry juice is cold, we pour it into glasses and decorate it with the foam and some cherries.
