Taking advantage of mushroom sauce and roquefort that we prepared a few days ago, let's cook some chicken breasts with mushroom sauce that are the most delicious and that are perfect for both children and adults.

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan we seal the seasoned chicken breasts with a little olive oil, together with the whole garlic. When we see that the meat is well browned, we remove it from the heat and reserve.

  2. We start to prepare the mushroom and roquefort sauce that we already made in another recipe.

  3. We finish by adding the chicken breasts to the sauce, letting the chicken finish cooking with them and acquire all the flavor of the sauce.

  4. We can plate the chicken breasts with the sauce, putting a little sauce in the bottom of the plate and placing the breasts on top with some mushrooms.
