We had prepared crispy battered by kikos o cornflakes, but never with popcorn, which children like so much. When we have them as diners, let's prepare this attractive recipe in order to accustom them to the taste and texture of chicken or turkey meat, one of the favorites of the little ones, by the way.

Preparation

  1. Crush or lightly crush several handfuls of popcorn and reserve on a plate.

  2. Cut the brisket into strips and season them.

  3. We beat the egg and submerge the breast tears in it. Drain a little and coat the egg in the crushed popcorn, taking care that they adhere well.
