Chickpea and eggplant salad with tahini sauce and yogurt

I am sure that you will like the salad that I propose today. It is made with chickpeas and eggplant and we are going to accompany it with a simple sauce flavored with tahini. 

It is a good way to consume legume during the summer without resorting to traditional stews.

La tahini sauce  is the one used to perform the baba ghanoush, with roasted aubergine, and also the hummus, with chickpeas. So I have played it safe, combining ingredients that combine perfectly.
