The homemade crepes that we prepare at home can be turned into a wonderful dessert for this Christmas, like this original Christmas tree of crepes, very easy to make and that is delicious.

Ingredients
- 125 gr de harina
- 2 eggs
- 25 grams of butter
- 250 ml of milk
- Chocolate sauce
- Strawberry sauce
Preparation
Mix the flour with the eggs, helping us with some rods. Little by little we incorporate the milk and previously melted butter.
Once we have all the ingredients well mixed, we let the dough rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
We take the dough out of the refrigerator after that time and prepare a hot pan with a little butter.
We spread the dough from the center to the ends, until we cover the entire pan. Brown the crepe on one side and then on the other, and repeat like this with all the crepes.
Now we just have to assemble the tree. Each tree has 5 crepes, we fold them in the shape of a fan and overlap them as in the image on a plate.
Finally we decorate with garlands thanks to our chocolate sauce and we will give it a touch of light with the strawberry sauce.
That recipe looks very tasty, I'll try it soon. I like to prepare Christmas desserts and surprise children with different options, I also like to surprise my guests. If a dessert is quick and easy, it becomes my favorite and more so when I no longer have time to do something more elaborate without having to improvise.
