A 125 g package of serrano ham in small cubes
1 chicken breast, cooked, cut into small pieces
100 ml of evaporated milk or liquid cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 of cup of onion chopped

Preparation

Put the chicken and ham in the glass of a blender and blend.
In a pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion until golden. Once it is done, put it in the blender glass and blend with the chicken and ham.
Add the cream, and the butter, and blend everything together again until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Add little by little the broth with small spoonfuls until you get the pate texture, which is pasty and above all, easy to spread.
Season with salt and pepper to give it the final flavor.
Put the mixture in a small container and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pâté cool in the fridge for about 2 hours before consuming it. After this time, unmold the container and serve it with toast.
