Ingredients
- 2 courgettes or 4 courgette bases

Preparation

Add the can of tuna in oil and prawns that we had apart. Remove, let cook just 1 minute and set aside.
Place the courgettes in a bowl and cover them with plastic film microwave safe We program the microwave 9 minutes at full power.
We take them out and let them cool down a bit, we program the oven at 200 °.
Fill the courgettes, add the grated cheese and put them in the oven to brown. We wait a few minutes to see the cheese is gratin. We will have them ready to serve.
