Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, in a pot with water, boil the lasagna plates until they are soft. Then drain and rinse with cold water.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat and add the onion and minced garlic, until just cooked, stirring frequently. Add the flour and salt and cook everything over low heat.
Mix the broth and milk, bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly, for at least one more minute. Add half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with basil, oregano and black pepper. Remove from the heat and leave reserved.
In a bowl, mix the shredded roast chicken with the cottage cheese, until it is a compact and well-united dough, because it will be the main filling of our lasagna.
Prepare a tray to make the lasagna, and place a little of the béchamel that we have prepared in the lower part. Next, go putting the lasagna plates. On the plates add the cottage cheese and the shredded chicken. On top of the chicken, put a little bechamel, and on top of it the spinach. Finish by closing the lasagna with the plates.
On the last plates, put the leftover béchamel sauce mixture, and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Finally, sprinkle with parsley and bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Let it rest for 5 minutes out of the oven and…. To eat!!
