We usually make stuffed eggs in the same way. We are going to surprise our guests with a very simple recipe of stuffed eggs with a guacamole very special that comes with anchovies and is to die for.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomate
  • 1 can of anchovies in oil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil

To decorate

  • Serrano ham
  • Chive

Preparation

  1. The first thing we will have to do is cook our eggs. Once we have them cooked, we let them cool down and remove the shell.

  2. We cut them in half and remove the yolk.

  3. In a container for the blender, we put the diced tomato, the diced avocado, the egg yolk, the lemon juice, a little salt, olive oil and the mayonnaise. We crush everything until we obtain a paste and add the anchovies in small pieces.

  4. Fill the eggs with the mixture and decorate with a slice of Serrano ham and chives.

    It seems not, but we already have Christmas around the corner, and these types of proposals are not even painted. In addition, we liked this very much for its simplicity and its attractiveness. We are already looking forward to other culinary ideas for the Holidays :-)
