When we talk about ragout we always think of that meat, tomato and vegetable sauce that goes so well with any type of pasta. But today we are going to prepare a simpler recipe, a kind of white ragout.
We are going to put minced meat, onion and zucchini. We will substitute the tomato for kitchen cream and we will obtain a very creamy pasta dish that children will also like very much.
I have used beef but it can be safely substituted for pork or for a mixture of both.
Spaghetti with meat and zucchini ragout

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1 Zucchini
- A splash of water or broth
- 350 g minced beef

- 200 g of kitchen cream
- Pepper
- 320 g spaghetti
Preparation
We put plenty of water in a saucepan so that it gets hot while we make the ragout.
We put the pan on the fire with a drizzle of oil.
Chop the onion and add it to the pan.
While it is poached, we peel the zucchini, we chop it. We put it in the pan and salt.
Add a little water or vegetable broth to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
We will put the pasta in the saucepan when the water starts to boil.
We add the minced meat.
We let her cook.
Next we add the cream and a little pepper.
We mix.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it slightly and put it in the pan.
We mix the pasta with the ragout.
We serve immediately.
