Eton Mess of Berries

The Eton mess (about its origin) is an English dessert that consists of cream, strawberries and pieces of crunchy meringue. It is served by the glass, and we could adapt it as a summer dessert by enriching it with ice cream and using another seasonal fruit other than strawberries. We do not have strawberries on the market now, so to prepare this kind of trifle, we will resort to frozen red fruits.
