The laborious part of preparing bread at home is waiting for the rising times. Normally the dough is left to rise after mixing all the ingredients. Then, the bread is shaped and left to rise again. The characteristic of today's bread is that we are not going to wait for those times, that is why it is a express bread.
We are going to mix the ingredients and, once we shape it, we will put it directly in our container. Here is the secret, the container has to be oven-safe and with lid. It can be a cocotte, a Pyrex mold or a roasting bag.
Be careful because the oven does not have to be preheated. We put our container, turn on the oven and wait about 40 minutes.
