We have prepared the classic of loin and ham and some newer ones like that of spinach. We are talking about the delicious flamenquines, those delicious breaded and fried rolls that can contain meat, fish, vegetables or cold cuts. These have cooked ham, substitutable for turkey or chopped, a melting cheese and some tasty packaged sausages, which could well be home.

Today we prepare the delicious flamenquines, some delicious breaded rolls that everyone likes at home

Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • flour
  • eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • frying oil

Preparation

  1. On a kitchen table we have a slice of cold cuts, on top of it a slice of cheese of the same size and finally, we place a sausage on one of the sides.

  2. We roll up the flamenquin so that the sausage is covered by the cheese and the York ham, making sure that the piece is very tight.

  3. Coat the flamenquin, in this order, in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
