We go there with some rich green beans. First we are going to cook them until they have the texture we like. If you prefer them very soft, keep them cooking longer. If you like them rather crunchy, you will have them ready beforehand.
Then we will sauté them with tomato concentrate. With this concentrate we are going to add a lot of flavor to our beans and also a little color.
It can be a first course or also a rich Garrison for any plate of meat.
