Children love burgers. Today we are going to prepare them at home, with minced beef and pork (half of one and half of another) and other ingredients that give it a special touch.
We are going to put it to the meat pickles and a small piece of shallot, all finely chopped. A little salt, pepper and aromatic herbs and we have the dough for our original burgers ready.
Then you can take them to the table with bread, as seen in the photos, or on a plate accompanied by a simple Garrison as this summer salad with yogurt sauce.
