Ingredients

• 1 round puff pastry sheet
• 2 slices of cooked ham
• 1 ball of cow mozzarella
• A little milk to paint the surface

Preparation

1. We unroll the puff pastry, leaving the baking paper that usually comes in the package at the base.

2. In one of the halves of the disc we put the ham.

3. On the ham we put the mozzarella in pieces.

4. We close the puff pastry as if we were making a large empanadilla. Seal the edges with a fork.

5. Paint the top with a little milk.

6. Bake at 180º for approximately 20 minutes.

7. It will be ready when we see that the surface is golden.
