It is time to gradually add the sifted flour together with the yeast
Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
Pour the dough into a good piece of cling film and roll it into a giant caramel or sausage, pressing well with the ends, which we will close with the plastic so that the dough is tight
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 10 hours.
