Beef stewed with honey

We are going to prepare a sweet and tasty beef stew, simmered and left to rest overnight to be reheated the next day. We can prepare the stew with the tajine, a clay pot with a conical lid typical of North African cuisine. In the absence of tajine, we can use a clay pot.
