flour

Preparation

Season the pieces of meat with salt and pepper and sprinkle them with the flour. Sauté them in a frying pan with the oil until golden brown on all sides. We booked.
In the same oil, sauté the julienned onions and the minced garlic. Add the tomato and saffron and fry again. Pour the meat, mix and add the broth to the stew together with the bay leaf.
Lower the heat and simmer the stew for 2 hours or until the meat is tender and the strands separate easily with a fork.
At the last moment, we pour the honey and bind it. Let cool and store the stew overnight in the fridge. These stews from one day to the next are tastier.
