Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 3 cans of tuna
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1 garlic clove
- Frying oil
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- I beaten egg

Preparation
Cook the eggs in plenty of salted water.
Once cooked (they will need to be cooking for at least 15 minutes), remove them from the water and pass them under cold running water.
We peel them.
We cut them into two halves and separate the yolks from the whites.
Put the yolks in a bowl.
Add the drained canned tuna to this bowl.
Mix well and fill each egg white half with this mixture.
We passed these halves through flour and beaten egg.
We fry our stuffed halves in olive oil and put them in a saucepan.
Separately, in a frying pan, sauté the half chopped onion and the clove of garlic, also minced.
After a few minutes, we put this sauce in the saucepan, along with the eggs and half a glass of water.
We throw the salt that we consider.
We let it cook for a few minutes and we already have our wrapped eggs ready to serve.
