Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter of cream (30-35% fat)
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Red fruit jam to accompany (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a saucepan on the heat and mix well.

  2. When it starts to boil, let's keep it boiling for 2 minutes and set aside
