If you like to delight yourself with this dish, we suggest this hamburger with lamb meat and unusual ingredients, but without changing the format of this typical recipe. The ingredients that change are feta cheese and avocado, with an accompaniment of canons. A great idea and that you can accompany with mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard. You'll love it!

Lamb burger with feta and avocado

Ingredients
- 500 g minced lamb meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sal Island
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 small red onion
- 100 g of feta cheese
- 2 avocados
- Canons
- 4 large round hamburger buns
- 20 g olive oil
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl we introduce minced meat. Add the salt, the very chopped garlic cloves, the 2 eggs and the 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. It we stir well until it forms a compact paste. If you think it is too soft, you can add another bit of breadcrumbs.
In a pan we put the 20 g of olive oil to warm up We are forming the hamburgers with our hands and we are throwing them in the pan so that they are fried. You have to do it to medium low heat so that they are done well inside. We brown them well on both sides.
When we have the hamburgers done we put them away. In the same frying pan we remove the excess oil and we can toast the buns on both sides.
When it's time to plate it, we prepare the first bread. we can cast two teaspoons of mayonnaise (optional) and above the canons. We will place the meat on top.
We open the Avocados and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon. We cut it into slices.
We clean the onion and cut them into thin rings.
Place the onion, feta cheese and avocado on top of the meat. Cover with the other bun and enjoy!
