Chickpeas are the best way to add a multitude of nutrients to our diet. The way to eat legumes is a very healthy habit both for children and adults and we know that we must include them at least three times a week in our menus To make chickpeas more appetizing we can prepare them with this simple way where we have added colorful vegetables and a little tuna, so that you want to eat it and can supplement much more the nutrients of this healthy recipe.

Ingredients
  • 400 g of chickpeas, raw or cooked in the pot
  • Half a red onion
  • A small can of cooked corn
  • A small can of tuna in oil
  • Two medium pickled gherkins
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Wine vinegar
  • Sal Island
Preparation
  1. We put to soak about 12 hours first the chickpeas in a bowl, covered with cold water. After time we drain them and put them to cook in a pot, with water and salt and until they are soft.
  2. If we prefer to use the chickpeas that are already cooked, we will have to remove the chickpeas from the pot, drain them and we wash well with water.
