Chickpeas are the best way to add a multitude of nutrients to our diet. The way to eat legumes is a very healthy habit both for children and adults and we know that we must include them at least three times a week in our menus To make chickpeas more appetizing we can prepare them with this simple way where we have added colorful vegetables and a little tuna, so that you want to eat it and can supplement much more the nutrients of this healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- 400 g of chickpeas, raw or cooked in the pot
- Half a red onion
- A small can of cooked corn
- A small can of tuna in oil
- Two medium pickled gherkins
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Sal Island
Preparation
- We put to soak about 12 hours first the chickpeas in a bowl, covered with cold water. After time we drain them and put them to cook in a pot, with water and salt and until they are soft.
- If we prefer to use the chickpeas that are already cooked, we will have to remove the chickpeas from the pot, drain them and we wash well with water.
- In a bowl we add the chickpeas and we can add the ingredients to make the salad. We started chopping the onion in small pieces and we add it.
- We will also add tuna and corn drained. We catch pickles and we chop them very fine.
- We will do the same with Cherry tomatoes, we chop them into small pieces and add it to the salad.
- We will add a few pinches of salt and season with oil and vinegar to our liking.
