To make them Oatmeal Cookies Today we are going to use rolled oats, some chopped almonds and a grain syrup that vegans will surely know.
We will shape them with two dessert spoons. We will make them as if we were making croquettes, putting those tablespoons of dough on one or two baking trays covered with baking paper.
These cookies they have no egg and, if we want them to be vegan, we will only have to replace the butter for margarine.

Ingredients
- 120 butter g
- 85 g grain syrup (can be replaced with honey)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 100 g of rolled oats
- 150 g flour
- 20 g of whole cane sugar
- 50 g of chopped almonds
Preparation
We put the syrup and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
We heat it for a minute in the microwave and mix.
We add the baking soda and mix again.
Now add the oats, flour, sugar and almonds.
We mix until everything is very well integrated.
We put baking paper on two oven trays. With a couple of spoons we form the cookies and place them on the trays (as if we were making croquettes).
Bake at 160º for approximately 12 minutes.
Once out of the oven, we let our cookies cool.
