To make them Oatmeal Cookies Today we are going to use rolled oats, some chopped almonds and a grain syrup that vegans will surely know.

We will shape them with two dessert spoons. We will make them as if we were making croquettes, putting those tablespoons of dough on one or two baking trays covered with baking paper.
