They are breads ideal for filling with salty or sweet ingredients. They are great with cooked ham, with pate, with salami ... but also with jam or Nutella.
The kids really like them because they are cuddly both inside and out. The seeds that you see on the surface can be replaced with a little sesame or poppy seeds. We also remind you that you can use a kitchen thermometer for the oil, so that it has its ideal temperature.

Oil and cream rolls

Ingredients
- 110 g of natural yogurt
- 50 ml of liquid cream
- 150 ml milk at room temperature
- 70 ml of aceite oliva
- 500 g flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 8 g fresh baker's yeast
- Sal Island
Preparation
We dissolve the yeast in the milk at room temperature.
Add the cream, yogurt and oil and mix well.
In another bowl we put the flour, sugar and salt. We mix.
We pour the liquid mixture into the previous bowl and we mix and then knead,
We cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it rest for about three hours.
After that time, we divide the dough into 20 units of about 40 g each.
We form the buns and we place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper or with a little flour.
Let it rest for 45 minutes.
We paint the surface with cream or milk and put peeled pipes on the surface (we can also put sesame).
Bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes, until golden brown.
