Sautéed potatoes with aromatic herbs, for garnish

We can accompany any type of meat or fish with the potatoes that we show you today. They are new potatoes, tiny, that we will wash very well to cook and serve them with skin.

In a first step we are going to cook them and then we will sauté them with a little oil, garlic and some aromatic herb so the skin is crispy and the inside soft and creamy. You will see how delicious.

Do not hesitate to serve them as appetizer, with your favorite sauce.
