York ham and cheese pate

If you like the mixed sandwiches or bikinis, you will love this paté of ham and cheese. It is very easy to do, with ingredients that we can find in any supermarket and it is prepared in a few minutes.

I usually prepare it when I have a birthday or a party in the House since I can do it in advance and have it prepared on the day in question. If we leave it well covered in the fridge, it will last for several days.

Also, the kids love it Help in the kitchen so you just have to put an apron and a small trowel to spread and show them how to do it… they'll take care of the rest!

Ingredients

• 200 g of cooked ham
• 50 g cheese spread
• 25 g of goat cheese
• 20 g of cream for cooking
• 1 splash of cognac, brandy or milk
• Chopped pepper and parsley

Preparation

1. Chop the York ham with a sharp knife. They have to be in very small pieces. In a bowl, crumble the goat cheese with the cream and cognac or milk. Add the York ham and mix until the ingredients are integrated.

2. Add the cream cheese and a little freshly ground pepper. Mix well again to form a paste that is easy to spread.

3. We put in some ramenquines or small dishes, sprinkle a little chopped parsley to give it a note of color and serve with some toast bread.

4. If we have many guests we can easily double this recipe by double the amounts. The preparation is the same.
