Portobello and bacon carbonara

We love carbonara. In this case we have prepared it with a mushroom loaded with flavor called portobello. We will also put some bacon cubes that we will brown well in the first step of the recipe.

To do this bacon and egg we will use egg. It is important that, when you put it in the pan, all the ingredients (the pasta, the bacon ...) are very hot. What do you not trust in this step? Well, keep the pan on the fire for a few minutes once you have thrown the egg. It will not be as creamy but you will also get a great paste.
