Not all salads have to be with lettuce. Those of baked potato they are delicious as long as they are well seasoned.
This one that we show you today is dressed with oil and paprika. If you like the flavor of oregano, do not hesitate to put it also because you will love it.
One piece of advice: next time you do mashed potatoes put two or three more to cook. Once cooked, keep them in the refrigerator to prepare this salad the next day.

Ingredients
- 2 or 3 cooked potatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 2 small tomatoes or 1 large
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 onion
- 1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 clove of garlic (if it is for children and they do not like it, do not put it)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika from La Vera
- Sal Island
- 1 dash of oil
- Oregano
Preparation
We put the eggs to cook in a small saucepan.
If we do not have the potatoes cooked we put water in a saucepan and put it on the fire, until it boils.
We cut them and put them in the saucepan.
We also cook the carrot with the potatoes
After about 40 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes) they will be ready.
We chop the potatoes and put them in a bowl. We chop the eggs and put them too.
We chop the tomatoes and add them. We chop the onion and put it in the source.
We chop the garlic and add it too.
We put a teaspoon of paprika and a little salt. We dress with the oil and we have our salad, ready to take to the table.
Notes
You can do without any ingredient if you don't have it or if you don't like it too much.
