This dish is a classic of our house. And it is because it has also been from my childhood. I called him (and he called him) potatoes with skin because the rest is decided by each one. The cooked potatoes are brought to the table, with the eggs and carrots also cooked. Then comes the fun: each one chooses their potato and accompanies it with what they like the most: tomatoes, onion, tuna ... knowing that the boiled egg and carrot they cannot be absent.
It is also optional if dress it up with oil and vinegar, paprika, mayonnaise ... The beauty here is choosing, perhaps that is why children like it so much.

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1 hoja de laurel
- Carrots 4
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 100 g of tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
Plus:
- Mayonnaise
- Oil and vinegar
- Peppers
- Sal Island
Preparation
We wash the potatoes and carrots very well because we are going to cook them with their skins.
We make a small cut in the skin of each potato. We also make a small cut in each carrot, lengthwise.
We put tap water in the express pot. We put in it both the potatoes and the carrots and also the bay leaf.
We put the lid on, position 1 and we will cook for about 12 minutes after the pot starts to sound (the time will depend on your pot and the size of the potatoes).
At the end of the time, when the pot no longer has pressure, we remove the potatoes and carrots from the water and put them in a source.
In a large saucepan we also cook the eggs.
Peel and cut the 1/2 onion into thin slices.
In another container we put the chopped onion, the tomatoes (which we will wash previously) and also the tuna.
We bring the two dishes to the table so that each one can compose their own dish as they like best: with oil and vinegar, oil and paprika, mayonnaise ...
