Ingredients

  • 16 mushrooms
  • 16 quail eggs
  • Sal maldon
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. It is important that you choose medium-large mushrooms. Once you have them, remove the tail and clean them so that they do not have any sand. Once clean, place them on a baking tray separating each one of them about two centimeters.

  2. Crack the quail eggs, one in each of the mushrooms, and once you have them, add a little Maldon salt on top, pepper and a little parsley.

  3. Bake for about 5-8 minutes at 180 degrees, until you see that the egg is done and the mushroom is tender.
