You fancy a natural and quick empanada? We have this recipe that you will love. We have made an empanada with pre-cooked puff pastry, an idea that you can now find in many stores. we have made a very fast filling and finally we have baked it. Although it may seem like several steps, in reality it is not a recipe that takes a long time and given its shape, it works very well for several diners. As an option, we have chosen the puff pastry, but you can also use a special msa for empanadas.

Ingredients
- 2 premade puff pastry sheets
- 350 g tuna in olive or sunflower oil
- 1/4 onion
- 50 g of red pepper
- 50 g of green pepper
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 30 g olive oil
- 2 boats or tetabrik of home-style fried tomato without vegetables
Preparation
We place the eggs in a pot with water and salt. We put it to cook and when it starts to boil we will leave it 12 minutes.
Peel and cut the onion in small piecess. We do the same with red pepper and green pepper. Reserve.
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. In a wide frying pan, we put the 30 g olive oil.and we put it to heat. Add the garlic and let it fry for just a few seconds.
Immediately we throw the onion and the pepper, we remove and we put it to sauté
When we have it cooked, we add the fried tomato and let it cook, barely 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
We peel and cut sliced boiled eggs.
We extend one of the puff pastry sheets on baking paper and on a tray that can go in the oven.
We place the filling tomato with vegetables and spread. On top we place the drained tuna and the egg slices.
Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top and seal the edges with your fingers. With a fork we prick the surface.
We heat the 200 ° oven hot up and down. When it is hot, place the tray with the empanada in the center. We'll let her bake 12 minutes approximately or until you see that its surface is golden.
