Ingredients
- Slices of cooked ham
- A plate of puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Grated cheese
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry as thin as possible, and divide it into 3 long sections.
Spread the grated cheese in one part of the dough, and in another the cubed cooked ham.
Roll carefully so that nothing comes out and tubes with the dough as we show you in the image.
Once you have them, cut them into a size of about two fingers so that they are neither too small nor too large.
Brush with an egg to give them a little more shine. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place in the oven to bake until the puff pastry begins to rise.
You can take them both hot and cold, in both ways they are delicious.
