Ingredients
- 1 bag of Tex Mex style nachos
- 100 g of guacamole already prepared
- 200 g chili con carne and beans
- 50 g of Philadelphia type cheese
- 50 g of red pepper
- 50 g of green pepper
- 50 g red onion
- 70 g of grated cheese with four cheeses
- 1 tablespoon green jalapenos
Preparation
We look for a large plate to place the spread nachos. We will strategically place the nachos on the plate so that they can be tasted calmly. With a spoon, center the cream cheese in the middle of the plate.
We clean the red and green peppers and cut it into fine juliana. Peel and clean the red onion and we will also cut it into fine juliana. We mix it all together.
With a spoon we are placing the chili de carne with the beans around the cream cheese.
We will add the cheese covering the entire plate. We put it in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. The idea is that the cheese melts, if it hasn't done so for two minutes, we program it a little longer.
Sprinkle the onion and pepper mixture on top. To the sides we add two large tablespoons of guacamole. It only remains to add the chopped jalapenos, which would be to personal taste.
